Fluctuating temperatures throughout the year can create confusion about the appropriate amount of parking lot maintenance. We recommend that our customers keep their regularly scheduled parking lot sweeping services during all seasons. Regular sweeping and litter removal in the spring, summer, fall and winter, are an absolute must (as well as snow removal in the winter months). Unfortunately, people don’t treat parking lots like they would their own personal space, so there’s always a higher incidence of littering, and what might seem like a small amount can quickly add up when you multiply it by hundreds and perhaps thousands of people using your commercial property daily.
